At Reyna Signature, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
